Your Wedding Step by Step
Step 1 : Before getting in touch with us, have a wedding budget ready.
This helps narrow down your options and makes decision-making easier. Remember to factor costs like hotel, # of people, catering, décor, music, flowers… We will give you a personalized price based on your exact needs after you’ve customized your wedding package to your tastes. If there is a must-have for your wedding which isn’t listed in this page, ask us, we’ll be happy to find additional vendors so that we can make your vision complete!

Step 2: Explore our most romantic wedding venues!
As you prepare to say ‘’I do’’ you need to find a wedding location that matches your personality and captures your heart. Our romantic wedding venues range in size, location and style so that you can find the one that makes your heart sing. Here are the most popular one’s in the Sacred Valley: Maras lands and Templo Ttio Bamba, Huaypo Lake, Piuray Lake, Chinchero.
Hotels : Posada Sonesta, Casona, Tambo del Inca and Taypikala.

Step 3 : What do you want us to take care of?
Food and beuvrages: Bar service, meals (service at table or buffet, bring your own wine, wedding cake… )
Save the date : we can build you a special website and send invitations
Entertainment and décor: DJ or band, flowers and centerpieces, officiate (priest for a catholic wedding or a Chaman), Church, Master of ceremonies, photograph… tell us exactly what you need!

Things to know before you book:

You can book up to two years in advance, but please give us at least 90 days of notice to plan your special day. Venues and hotels might not be available too close from the wedding date.

We do not provide marriage licenses, so you will need to get one before the ceremony. You must bring your marriage license with you to the ceremony. (If you are renewing your vows, just bring yourselves!)

You must provide at least one guest as a witness if you elope otherwise, we’ll need your guest list.
TELL US ABOUT YOUR BIG DAY and LEAVE THE REST TO US
First, we'll secure your rooms and book reservations for you and your guests at the hotel of your choice and the venue to ensure your dream become a reality! The ONLY thing we don’t take care of is your flight arrangements. But we’ll need to know your flight # to pick you up at the airport or any other place with the date and time. Then, tell us what you want us to take care of :
- Musicians;
- Transportation (nice old car);
- Church and priest if needed;
- Menu (special menu, vegetarian, your favourite food… gluten free option… ) buffet…;
- Bachelor and bachelorette party;
- Rehearsal dinner;
- Flowers & Decorations;
- Building your wedding website and/or sending invitations;
- Photograph and/or video maker (with drone);
- Visiting archaeological sites like Machu Picchu and making all the arrangements like the train and transport…
